Check the app dashboard. If your Internet service is down, you will see a coral red exclamation point on the Island icon. If you have more than one Internet service connection, and one of them is down, you will see a yellow exclamation point. If your service seems degraded but your Internet connection(s) are up, perform a speed test to ensure your provider is not undergoing technical problems.
